I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The location is fantastic—conveniently situated near key attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the area. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional staff. They were incredibly friendly, warm, and always willing to assist with any requests. From the moment I checked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. Their kindness and attentiveness made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its prime location and outstanding customer service.

The friendly staff ( reception, security, restaurant, room service) ,the spacious rooms, the decor of the exterior and lobby/ hallway is cozy and gave a touch of the Thousand and one night stories.

the location is excellent. it’s close to Amman mall just 5 mins walk also it is next to the best Kunafa in Amman called Habiba Sweets:) Well earlier I had booked Rotana but to get real Jordanian feel you need to stay in this hotel. however staff will not be very comfortable to communicate in English but they try really hard. breakfast spread is really good.
